As the E-A-S name, the word "traced", and the overall shape of the clue (see the knobs at the bottom?) is supposed to indicate, this clue is based on the Etch-a-Sketch toy. Each line of the table gives the angular distance to move the left and right knobs.

This is easy to do with some graph paper, but it's even easier with a simple Excel spreadsheet.
